You will have received a letter (Notice of Assignment of Debt), email or SMS from us in relation to an account with Francom.
The communication will contain details about the account such as, how much is overdue, who the original provider was and your individual customer reference number that you can use to login and manage your account.
Login to your account
Using your 8-digit customer reference number, you can verify your identity and login to self manage your account through our fully automated customer portal.
The customer portal will help walk you through the process to understand your account and what the next steps are based on your situation.
It's your choice
Now that you’re familiar with how our customer portal works, the choice is yours with a variety of flexible payment options to get you started.
Pay it all
If you have the funds, you can finalise your account and receive immediate confirmation or schedule a full payment for the near future.
Plan for it
Work out a payment plan to resolve your account over multiple smaller payments starting now or in the future.
