Corporate Social Responsibility & Francommunity

Francommunity is our corporate social responsibility program that aims to enhance awareness of our business’s impact on economic, social, and environmental aspects of society.

Our objective is to develop a corporate social responsibility initiative benefiting both individuals and the community, reflecting Francom’s core values. We concentrate on community and social impact through two main channels: individuals and the community.

Francommunity details strategies and initiatives aligned with our business objectives to create solutions that are innovative, collaborative and transcending.

Individuals

Hardship Assessment

Providing support to customers who may be experiencing hardship. Each individual circumstance is taken into consideration and our solutions vary individually.

No Interest/ Fees

No interest or fees are charged to an individual, granted a reasonable payment plan is in place.

Volunteer Day

Our volunteering program gives all permanent employees one day of paid volunteer leave per year. Employees can choose to use their leave for team or individual volunteering activities.

Learning and Development Program

Francom believes in upskilling, training courses, learning and development programs, cross learning in other divisions if the area is of interest to the employee.

Wellness Program

Francom provides its employees with monthly massages and group and personal and gym training sessions with a Personal Trainer from the comfort of their workplace, with a private gym training room.

Extended Bereavement Leave

Francom provides all employees with 2 weeks paid leave where they have lost an immediate relative.
