About the Role:
As a Credit Solutions Representative, you’ll connect with customers to provide tailored financial solutions that align with their unique social and financial circumstances. Focused on customer service and resolution, you’ll help customers feel supported and confident about their next steps.
Day Shift: Perfectly suited for working parents, this part-time schedule aligns with school pick-up hours, offering flexibility and balance.
Night Shift: Ideal for those seeking a consistent evening schedule to fit around other commitments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Credit Solutions Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping customers achieve better financial outcomes. Combining problem-solving and negotiation skills with empathy and understanding, you’ll deliver tailored solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling high volumes of outbound and inbound calls with a focus on resolution.
- Understanding and addressing each customer’s unique situation with empathy.
- Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements in line with their financial position.
- Managing accounts for clients from major Australian financial institutions.
- Collaborating with team members and liaising with third parties (full training provided).
- Conducting skip tracing and analysing reports, with comprehensive tools and training provided.
- Adhering to company protocols, call scripts, and industry regulations including the ACCC Guidelines and Privacy Act
